I wrote 900 words of a post-Forever story from Dawn's POV. I don't think the final result worked, but there's good stuff in there that I think I can use for the future, so I'm going to not post it and hope to turn it into something more later.
(Sounds like a wise choice! I very rarely use this option, and now I'm wondering if I should keep it in mind more. Probably not really, with how much trouble I have telling if my stuff is any good before I get the first feedback on it.)
Well, I had my beta read it, and she confirmed my thoughts. Not that she didn't like it, but she understood why I had reservations about it based on exactly where it fell in canon.
